Q. Clearance around the chair ie there is no obstruction. Can someone walk around the chair?
Q. Is the chair plugged into the wall?
Q. Is the plug socket switched on?
Q. Is the lead to the chair plugged into the transformer?
Q. Is the light on the transformer on?
