At Fortuna Mobility, we can service and repair your mobility equipment, so it always functions correctly, reliably and lasts longer. Regular servicing is essential not just to extend the life of your equipment, but also to ensure your safety, and the safety of anyone who might help you to use or operate your mobility aids.

Our staff have experience in servicing all types of equipment, and they’ll know precisely what’s required to see you right. You can rest assured that we will only ever recommend repairs or replacement parts that are necessary.

Whether you need routine servicing, a simple part replacement or more complicated repairs, our professional advisors will be able to help.  Your safety, satisfaction, and independence are our priority.


Private Customers

We provide comprehensive mobility servicing and repairs for private customers, for the following:

Some products do not need routine servicing but may need repairs at some stage and we’re happy to help with this; examples include tri-walkers and rollators. It may sometimes be possible to carry out repairs in your own home, although, with more difficult problems, we may need to collect the equipment and bring it back to our workshop.

If you buy from Fortuna, you will get the first years servicing FREE. After the first year, servicing and repair will be HALF-PRICE. We have the largest mobility aid showrooms in the London area. So even if your mobility aids come from a different supplier, we’ll still be able help you.

If your stair lift needs a bit of care, or you need to breathe new life into an old wheelchair with a service, we’re here to help.


Hospitals, Care Homes and other Organizations
