If you're experiencing problems with your mobility scooter , we would would suggest working through the following list of questions. Q. When did you notice a problem?
Q. Did something happen?
Q. Is there any unusual noise?
Q. Is the control panel lighting up?
If not, it may be a problem with the batteries > Press re-set fuse on the battery pack (see below)
If this does not resolve the problem > Contact Fortuna
Q. Is the scooter moving slowly?
There may be a problem with the batteries
Q. Is the scooter not moving?
Check that the 'freewheel lever' is in the correct position (see below)
Flashes or Beeps
1 - Battery voltage is low |
> charge the battery ASAP |
2 - Battery charge is low |
> charge the battery |
3 - Battery voltage is too high |
> unplug scooter then re-start |
4 - Current limit time out |
> turn the scooter off for a few minute then back on |
5 - Freewheel lever is in wrong position |
> correct the position |
6 - Throttle Control lever is in wrong position |
> Switch the scooter off and on again without touching the throttle (see below) |
7 - Speed control |

8 - Motor Volts |

9 - Other |
