Many people suffer from continence problems. In some cases, these are mild and can be helped with a simple discrete insert. However, in other cases the problems are more severe, causing embarrassment and issues with hygiene. Dealing with the problems associated with incontinence can be time consuming and unpleasant, the right choice of products can save time and make the carer’s life more pleasant.

We sell a large variety of products for incontinence which broadly fall into 3 main categories:

Disposable Continence Products

Bed and Chair Pads – these are square or rectangular pads with high absorbance, which as the name implies can be use on beds or chairs. We sell a range of high-quality products under our own EXPO brand.

Shaped Insert Pads - smaller pads are used inside the persons underwear and come in a variety of shapes and sizes suitable for either sex. Our range also includes larger inserts which may be used in combination with mesh or waterproof pants designed to hold the pad closely against the body ensuring optimum performance.

Pull Up Incontinence Pants - can be used like underwear but come with an integrated absorbent pad and are effective for managing moderate to heavy incontinence among active people.

Washable Products & Protectors

• Protectors – these can be bought to protect a mattress, duvet or pillow. Choose between basic plastic or premium versions with a terry-towelling covering for extra comfort.
• ‘Kylies’ – are the leading choice of washable bed pads. Their design features include fitted wings that can be tucked under the mattress and waterproof backing for extra protection. At their same time they’re soft to sleep on.  We stock ‘2 litre single bed’ and ‘4 litre double bed’ versions.
• Washable Chair Pads – if the problem is not too severe a washable chair pad can help protect a fabric-covered chair like a High Back Chair, Riser Recliner or sofa.

Accessories – Cleaning and Disposal

• Dry Wipes – are suitable for general purpose cleaning, continence care and for patient drying after toileting.
• Wet Wipes – can be used to gently clean the skin and are appropriate for all people including, those with frail skin and allergies.
• Jannibel Akord - this adult disposal system is a discrete and environmentally friendly option for disposing of waste materials.
