Servicing

As part of our stairlift package we offer 3 years of free servicing (at 12, 24 and 36 months after the date of purchase). Thereafter servicing will be charged at half-price for Fortuna customers.

Warranty

We provide a 3 year warranty which covers FREE parts and labour if there is a fault.

In the first 3 months all call outs are FREE, even if no equipment fault is found.

Terms & Conditions

See Standard T&Cs, but please be aware that for stairlifts:

if an order is cancelled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable
there is no Returns option
there is no Buy-Back option

Removal of Stairlift

If a stairlift is no longer needed, we can arrange removal. Fortuna customers will be charged at a half-price
