Bambach Essence: Assembly Instructions

Parts Checklist

Before starting, ensure you have:

Seat Top – The saddle-shaped seat.
Gas Lift (Pneumatic Cylinder) – Metal cylinder that adjusts seat height.
Base – Five-legged base with castor wheels attached.

Assembly Steps

Insert the Gas Lift

Remove the red protective cap from the tip of the gas lift (Figure 1).
Place the gas lift into the central hole of the base (Figure 2).
No tools are required; it will wedge securely once weight is applied.

Mount the Seat

Carefully place the seat top onto the narrow end of the gas lift (Figure 3).
Align the central socket on the underside of the seat with the gas lift pin.
Press down firmly to seat it in place.

Test and Adjust

Sit on the seat to ensure the gas lift locks in place.
Adjust height by lifting the lever while seated (Figure 4).
Check that the seat swivels smoothly and is stable.

Safety & Maintenance

Periodically check screws and castors for tightness.
Clean the saddle with a damp cloth and mild detergent (avoid strong solvents).
Replace gas lift or castors if wear occurs over time.
