Confirmation: one of our team will contact you shortly before the installation date to confirm arrival time and any final details.
Access and preparation: please ensure clear access to the area where the cubicle is to be installed. Removing personal items from the area will help our engineers work efficiently. If possible, please provide a nearby parking space, but don't worry if this is difficult for you.
Testing and demonstration: once installed, we'll test the stairlift to ensure it operates smoothly and safely; we'll show you how to use and care for it.
Clean-up: we will tidy the work area and remove waste materials before leaving.
Aftercare and warranty: you will be provided with relevant aftercare information and details of your warranty.
Our customer services team remains available, if you have any questions or require support.
