FAQs - What are the Rental Options?

Q. Does Fortuna offer rentals or short-term hire of mobility equipment?

A. Yes - we provide a rental service for many mobility devices, both for “on the move” and “at home” use.

Q. How does the rental process work?

A. Once you choose the product you want to rent and how long you'll need it, we'll arrange for delivery or collection, set up the item (if needed), and provide user instructions.
At the end of the rental term, you can choose to extend the rental or we can arrange for return of the equipment.

Q. Can I rent equipment for a short stay or holiday?

A. Yes - we can accommodate short-term hires for when you need extra support, such as during convalescence or travel. Contact us for availability and terms.

Q. Are rental items maintained and cleaned?

A. Yes - all rental equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and maintained between hires to ensure safety, hygiene, and reliability.
