Q. Can I try a product before buying?

A. Yes, we encourage customers to try products in our showroom to make sure that they receive the correct advice and check that the products fit properly and are comfortable and usable.

Q. What is your buy-back option?

A. For larger items that you no longer need, we offer a buy-back option. Contact us to discuss the condition, age, and suitability of the product for buy-back.

Q. Do you provide aftercare, servicing, repairs, or testing?

A. Yes, we have a dedicated servicing & repairs department.

Although we can offer equipment repairs to anyone, if you bought from Fortuna you will only be charged 25% of that for equipment purchased elsewhere. Learn more.

When you buy one of the listed products from Fortuna.Bambach, your first annual service is FREE of charge. Learn more.

We also carry out required testing such as LOLER and PUWER when appropriate.

A. We aim to offer high-quality equipment, combining good value with expert advice from our trained staff, including qualified “Trusted Assessors.”
