Q. Testing: What are LOLER and PUWER?

A. LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) and PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) are legal safety regimes relating to equipment used for lifting or handling. We perform testing, inspection, servicing, and certification in compliance with these regulations. Learn more about: LOLER and PUWER

Q. How often should my mobility equipment be serviced or inspected?

A. It depends on the type of device and usage levels.
LOLER testing should occur at 6 month intervals,  while we generally recommend at least an annual inspection for other critical equipment and more frequent checks if used heavily.
Our team can advise you on the schedule for your specific items.
