Troubleshooting for Hoists

If you're experiencing problems with your hoist, we would would suggest working through the following list of questions.

General

Q. When did you notice a problem?
Q. Did something happen?
Q. Is there any unusual noise?

Emergency Button

Hoists have a red emergency stop button. If this gets accidentally pushed in, the hoist will stop working nomrally.

Release the button and the hoist should work normally again.

Charging

Hoists will not work while they are being charged, so make sure that it is unplugged when you try to use the hoist.
