Understanding your Wetroom - Additional Notes

A wetroom is just that: wet.
If you do not use the shower curtains (and/or shower screen) and if you direct the shower horizontally, water will be sprayed around the room.
The toilet and sink may become wet and in some circumstances water may run out through the door
When installing a wetroom, we will follow the pre-agreed specification.
If additional work is required we will need to agree a revised specification with the customer (ie the person or organisation that is paying for the work)
If a wetroom is being installed on behalf of an organisation (such as a local authority or housing association) they may prefer to use their own team for decorating outside the immediate shower area or to fix more general problems with plumbing or electrics
aftercare and warranty - You will be provided with relevant aftercare information and details of your warranty.Our customer services team remains available, if you have any questions or require support.
