Adaptive Services and Fortuna Mobility Join Forces

In a significant development, Adaptive Services has united with Fortuna Mobility, London's largest mobility centre. This collaboration aims to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of independent living solutions across London and the South East.

An Enhanced Partnership

Adaptive Services has worked in partnership with Fortuna.Bambach, for many years and we have now taken that relationship to a new level. Fortuna offers a ‘one-stop’ solution with a wide range high-quality equipment, expert advice, training and comprehensive aftercare services, while Adaptive Services, is widely respected for its expertise in maintenance, testing and adaptations.

Key members of the Adaptive Services team, including director, Colin Smith, will continue in the new team with administrative functions handled in the Enfield offices (adapt@fortunabambach.com | 020 8805 2020).

By drawing on the strengths of both companies we will be able to provide an enhanced service for our customers.

Key Aims:

A simpler, more comprehensive service, with more choice for our customers
Broadening the range of products that we can install, test and repair. For instance, members of our team recently underwent training on ETAC hoist systems.
Enhancing choice in our stair solutions is a key aim, which will be accelerated by the technical knowledge brought by Adaptive Services
